Manage User

Various user types are available in eRaay for survey Management, eRaay Offline App and Client Dashboard.

Survey Management Users

Admin User

The admin user is a type of user who has access to Survey Management in eRaay along with the subscription management.
Admin User is created when a user subscribes to the eRaay platform.

Survey User

The survey user is a type of user who has access to Survey Management in eRaay except managing the current subscription.

eRaay Offline App Users

Field User

Any user of type “Field User” will be able to login to the eRaay Offline mobile application to conduct surveys provided the survey administrator has provided the necessary permission to access the survey.

Once the survey is published, the survey administrator can provide access to one or more field users who will be able to access the survey. The survey administrator can also revoke the permission at any point of time. Managing permissions can be done by the survey administrator under the “Manage Access” module of the particular survey.

One field user can have access to more than one survey. However, we recommend that the administrator should revoke the permissions when a survey is done.

You can refer to Manage Access / Surveyor for an Offline survey under the Manage Access tab for more clarification.

Client Dashboard Users

Field Supervisor

Field supervisors will have limited access to eRaay client dashboard to check the progress. Once the user is created, the particular survey access needs to be given under Manage Access.

You can refer to Manage Access for all the surveys under one client under the Manage Access tab for more clarification.

Client User

Client users will have access to all functionality of eRaay client dashboard to view the progress, download data and run reports. Once the user is created, the particular survey access needs to be given under Manage Access.

You can refer to Manage Access for all the surveys under one client under the Manage Access tab for more clarification.
