You use this page when a survey submission fails, and you receive a failure notification via email. That email will typically contain a data string, which includes all the necessary data to recreate the survey submission.
Steps to Recreate a Failed Survey:
- Check your email for a failure message. It will usually contain:
- The Survey ID.
- A data string or survey submission block.
- Go to this Recreate Survey page.
- Fill in:
- Survey ID (from the email).
- Survey Data (paste the full data string from the email into the large text box).
- Click Submit.
