My Subscription

This screen provides your subscription information and option to recharge your mail credit or response credits. It also displays the total number of surveys under your subscription and number of users under this subscription.

Transaction History

The transaction history screen shows the details on the following:

1. eRaay Mailer purchases: Shows transaction details that have been used to purchase eRaay mailer credit.
2. eRaay Response Coupon: Shows transaction details that have been used to purchase eRaay Response coupons.
3. eRaay Response Download Usage: Shows the details of data downloaded by different users.
4. eRaay Mailer Transaction: Shows batch wise details of emails that has been used to send mails.

Payments

This screen shows the details of the payment that has been made towards your eRaay subscription.

Cancelling Subscription

You can cancel your eRaay subscription anytime. In order to do so, please provide the reason for your cancellation and click on the “Cancel Subscription” button.
