Survey Summary
The survey summary section shows the list of surveys that are created under the current subscription. Different columns in each survey provides following information:
- Name of the survey – This tells you the name of the survey. If the survey has been published, you will see “Live” next to the survey name.
- Date created – The date when the survey was created
- Emails sent through eRaay – Number of emails sent through eRaay’s integrated mailer within the platform. .
- Response received – Total number of responses that has been received
- Action – This section provides you a dropdown from where you can choose the data format to download your survey data.
You can also perform a quick search on your survey by typing the survey name in the search box.
Email Credits
This section shows how many email credits you have in your account. Please note that without enough credits you will not be able to send emails. You can always purchase additional email credits by clicking “Add Email Credits” button.
Response Coupon
Response coupons are linked to your data download limit.
This section shows how many response coupons you have in your account. Please note that you will be able to download the data only when you have an adequate number of response coupons. You can always purchase additional email credits by clicking “Add Email Credits” button.
