The Upload QC Data module allows project teams to upload a Quality Control (QC) status for each interview in the survey. This enables tagging interviews as Approved or Rejected based on QC checks conducted outside the system (e.g., via re-calls, field validations).
How QC Upload Works
- By Default Disabled: The QC module is not active for any survey unless manually enabled by the administrator.
- Approval Tagging: Allows tagging each interview as Approved or Rejected (does not modify original data).
- Excel Format Required: Uploads must be in a valid Excel format. A downloadable template is provided via the link (here).
- No Impact on Analytics by Default: QC status does not automatically affect reports unless explicitly used as a data filter in [Run Report] or [Analytics].
