Using eRaay, it’s fairly easy to implement an additional language to your survey questionnaire. English is the default language to set up your survey. However, once your questionnaire is finalized and published, you can add one or more languages to your survey. Implementation of a language in eRaay works as follows:
- Choose the language from the dropdown and click on Add. Your language will be added to the list.
- Download Survey Questionnaire Template to local machine
- Upload the file with translated text against respective language
- You are all set when upload is done.
Preview button
You may click on the Preview Link to see how the Survey looks for that particular language.
Download Language Template
The user can also download the existing translations by clicking on the “Excel” button next to the preview button. This translation template provides the updated translation template along with filled in translation text for the specific language.

The user can also download the questionnaire in a particular language by clicking on the “Word” button next to the preview button.
