Manage Senders
eRaay’s integrated mailer service requires a valid client email id on behalf of which survey invitation emails can be sent. They are mandatory only when you want to send emails through eRaay mailer.
You can create one or more sender emails within your account. However, to ensure that valid emails are being added, eRaay sends activation links on those email ids. When you receive the email, please click on the activate link. Until an email is confirmed, it cannot be used in a survey as a registered sender.
Please note that you can have more than one registered sender list but only one can be associated with a survey. However, you can change the registered survey at any point of time.
